Elizabeth "Betty" McLean, born October 22, 1936 in Grennock, Scotland, died peacefully at Westerly Health Center on Tuesday, February 25, 2020. She was predeceased by her husband, William McLean and grandson Craig Graves of North Stonington.
She is survived by her son William McLean and his wife Ann, daughter Margaret E. Worobey and her husband Paul, and daughter Tristan McLean, all of North Stonington, and four grandchildren Jessica Murray, Paul Worobey, Cody Graves, Matthew Worobey and one great grandson, Thomas Craig Graves. She is also survived by six brothers and sisters, Donald MacLean, John MacLean, Ann Knights, Martha Curtis, Thomas MacLean, Roberta MacLean and many nieces and hephews.
Betty was an avid bowler, but mainly her interest revolved around home and family. Caring for her grandchildren was her greatest joy.
The family would like to thank the Westerly Health Center staff and Continuum Hospice for their compassionate care.
