FALL RIVER… Charles E. Schnitzlein, Jr, 78, of Fall River passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
He was the husband of Beverly (Brown) Schnitzlein.
Charles was born in Queens, NY a son of the late Charles E. Sr., and Florence W. (Staal) Schnitzlein and had lived in Fall River since 1989.
Mr. Schnitzlein was the owner of the former Ideal Laundry in Fall River.
He was a Master Mason and member of the John Warren Lodge in Hopkinton, MA, was a past member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board in Fall River and enjoyed computers, horses, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and supporting children with their academic endeavors.
Survivors include his widow, 2 sons: Charles E. Schnitzlein, III of Fall River, Richard Schnitzlein of MA, 2 daughters: Lisa Schnitzlein- Mercer of MA, Dr. Carla Schnitzlein of Savannah, GA, 1 grandson Justin, several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5-7 P.M. with Masonic Service at 5:15 P.M. Private burial at the request of the family.
