Chase, loving daughter of John Costick, III and wife Sandra Church and the late Audrey and husband Floyd Daisy, dear sister of Patti and husband Phil Stienberg; John Costick, IV; Marco and wife Tammy Costick; Ellen Exter and boyfriend Dale Crispino; Paul Costick and step-sister of George and Kathy Kroft; Mark and Margie Church and John Church, also survived by her beloved dog Neenya.
