Christopher "Chris" Irwin Grantham, 48, of Tifton passed away Monday, February 10, 2020, in Tallahassee, Florida. A memorial service will be held for Chris at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, February 16, 2020, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with Chad Sumner giving a eulogy. Chris will be laid to rest at a later date. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals on Sunday, February 16, 2020, immediately following the service.
Born March 8, 1971 in Warner Robins, Chris was the son of Braxton B. Grantham III and Patricia Ann Bryan Grantham of Tifton. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, J. C. Bryan and Elizabeth Virginia Phillips Bryan and his paternal grandparents, Glenn S. Sumner and Julia Baker Rutland Sumner. He enjoyed walking, fishing and hunting.
In addition to his parents, Chris is survived by one daughter, Dakota B. Grantham of Tifton; one brother, Braxton B. Grantham IV; and one nephew, Brack Grantham.
