WALES – Jonathan K. Small, 68, died February 7, 2020 surrounded by his family, in the Bay State Medical Center in Springfield after a period of declining health.
He leaves 2 daughters, Amy M. Small and her fiancé Michael Avallone of Dudley and Laura A. and her husband Michael Bonfilio of Holland; a grandson, Connor Jonathan Small; a brother, Stephen W. Small of Webster; his former wife, Meryl D. Harris of Thompson, CT; nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a brother Bradford Small and by his sister Linda D. Hevenor.
He was born in Worcester, a son of Clayton W. and Theresa K. (Kirwin) Small. He graduated from Westborough High School in 1971.
Mr. Small worked as a truck driver for Tradebe Hazardous Waste in Northborough for many years retiring in 2017. He was a member of the NRA.
He was a fan of NASCAR and enjoyed country music.
Burial will take place at a later date. There are no services. Donations in his name may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 260 Cochituate Road, 2nd Floor, Suite 200, Framingham, MA 11701. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster.
