On January 24, 2020 our son Jeremy Edward Black passed away after a brief illness. Jeremy was loved by so many people. The outpouring of kindness, love and compassion has been overwhelming for the whole family. From our family and friends in Dedham Ma., from all our friends who we consider family in Naples, which will always be home for us, to our current home in Breckenridge Co. The response to this tragic event has been amazing. Jeremy affected so many people there are stories of him literally giving the shirt off his back to people in need. He loved family time, he was an avid fisherman, loved skiing and snowmobiling and also was an amazing chef. Jeremy enjoyed tinkering on family cars with his father and helping his friends with theirs. He was an old soul who had many older friends. He loved his visits with his grandparents.
Jeremy will be laid to rest next to his grandfather in Westport, Ma one of his favorite places to be. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.

Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, February 10th at the Westport Point United Methodist Church, 1912, Main Rd., Westport Point, MA 02791 at 10:00 A.M .
Memorial visitation will be Sunday, February 9th, at the Potter Funeral Home from 1-5 P.M.
Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
