Bridgette Erin Ahearn, a lifelong resident of Charlestown, entered into eternal life suddenly on Monday, January 20, 2020. She was 29 years of age.
Bridgette was born in Cambridge on March 9, 1990, a daughter of Jessica M. Ahearn and David M. Smith. Bridgette grew up in Charlestown where she was educated at St. Catherine's Parochial School and the Boston Public School system. Bridgette worked as a Customer Service Representative for Comcast for several years.
Bridgette is the beloved mother of Michael James Ahearn and Dimitrius Van Tragiou. She is the beloved daughter of Jessica M. Ahearn and David M. Smith. She is the beloved sister of Christian Ahearn, Thomas Ahearn, Declan Smith and Steven Shea. She is the beloved granddaughter of Elizabeth "Betty" (Duncan) Ahearn and John Flaherty, the late John "Smokey" Ahearn, Robert Smith and Judy (Marcella) Smith. Bridgette is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bridgette's visiting hours on Monday, January 27, 2020 from 4 to 7 P.M. with her Funeral Service at 6:30 P.M. in The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. Her burial is private.
