Roy Jackson “Jack” Burns, Jr., age 69 of Chase City, VA passed away January 16, 2020.
Jack was an avid hunter and loved to ride motorcycles.
He is the son of the late Roy and Barbara Burns. He is preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Shearin, his nephew, Wayne Grey Shearin; and his brothers-in-law, Reggie Bolick and Terry Bolick.
Jack is survived by his wife, Belinda Bolick Burns; his nephew, Chris Shearin and wife Sheila; his niece Ellen S. Love and husband Paul; his sister-in-law, JoAnn Lenhart and husband Eddie; his brothers-in-law, Herby and Obed Bolick; two devoted nieces, Peggy Powell and Wendy Lenhart; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and devoted friend, Gloria Bolick.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 19, 2020 at the Newcomb Allgood Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
