DANVERS- Adam Dominic Mondi, newborn son of David and Helen Mondi, died unexpectedly Sunday, November 18, 2001, three hours after complications during birth, at Beverly Hospital.
Adam was loved and survived by his parents David and Helen (Donahue) Mondi of Danvers, grandparents, Dr. And Mrs. George Donahue of Peabody, Godparents Mrs. Laurie Eagan of Peabody and Edward Crowley of Danvers. Adam is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 pm on Friday, November 23, 2001 at St Richard’s Church, 90 Forest St., Danvers. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. There are no visiting hours. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Beverly Hospital, Attention: Special Care Nursery, 85 Herrick St., Beverly, MA 01915.
