Ernesto DeLima, age 77, passed away on January 16, 2020. Born in Sao Miguel Acores, he was the son of the late Edmundo and Alzira (Pimental) DeLima. Ernesto enjoyed playing dominoes, cards, going fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his children: Fatima Correia (husband John), Ana Zappala (husband Frank), Iolanda Lima, Maria Figueiredo (husband Robert) and Victor Lima, brother Breno DeLima, grandchildren: Vanessa Azevedo, Nicole & Brandon Figueiredo, Kyle, Christian, Hope and Tyler Lima and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Edmundo, Bento, Henrique, and Jose Maria DeLima, and Natalia Aguiar.
His calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Monday, January 20th from 4-7 P.M. Remaining services are private.
