Funeral services for Ruth Ann Shivers Jordan, 62, of Ashburn, GA will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Ashburn First Methodist Church, Ashburn, GA. Mrs. Jordan passed away Monday, January 13, 2020 after a brief illness. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Ashburn, GA.
The daughter of the late Billy Jack Shivers and Joanne Frances Perry Shivers, she was born in Ashburn, GA. Mrs. Jordan retired 6 years ago as Human Resources Director from Golden Peanut Company. She was a member of Trinity Community Church, Ashburn, GA.
Survivors include her husband, Ray Jordan, Ashburn, GA; one son Matthew (fiancé, Chassidy Chapman), Ashburn, GA; one sister, Kellie (Roger) Jones, Ashburn, GA and one grandchild, Emma Michelle Edmondson, Ty Ty, GA.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Ashburn First Methodist Church.
