Kathaleen A. Lively, 61, of Irwin County, Georgia, died Friday, January 10, 2020, at Pruitt Health in Ocilla.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at Lakewood Memory Gardens South in Rossville, Georgia.
Mrs. Lively was born August 28, 1958, in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Martha Fields Thacker and the late Arthur William Thacker, Sr. She worked as a housekeeper at a hotel and was a homemaker. She loved spending time with her grandchildren as well as fishing.
She is survived by her two daughters: Darlene Taylor & Robert of Irwin County, Georgia and Jamie Houser & Cedric Jackson of Chattanooga, Tennessee; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her mother, Martha L. Thacker of Chattanooga, Tennessee; siblings: Brenda Schrader of Shelbyville, Tennessee, Thomas & Tarah Thacker of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Kenneth Thacker of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Union Lively, Sr.; two brothers: Arthur William Thacker, Jr. and Steve Thacker and two sisters: Charlotte Bales and Patricia Galloway.
