DUDLEY – Walter S. Kularski, Jr., 65, died Monday, December 30, 2019 at UMass/Memorial University Campus with his caregiver at his side.
He leaves his best friends, Carol A. Cooke who was his caregiver and Diane Gaboury; and a sister, Christine Cofske and her husband Brian of Webster; nephews and nieces. A brother, Stephen A. Kularski died in 2018.
He was born on August 22, 1954 in Ware, the son of Walter S. Kularski, Sr. and Rita I. (Waluk) Kularski, and lived in Leicester and Worcester before moving to the Webster-Dudley area.
Mr. Kularski was a bagger at the former Iandoli’s Market in Worcester and then worked at Liqui Box Company for 15 years. He then worked in maintenance at Webster Manor in Webster for 23 years before retiring.
He was a communicant of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church and a daily adorer at the Blessed Sacrament Chapel where he prayed for over 20 hours a week.
Walter enjoyed fishing, working in the yard and taking long walks. He also liked to dine and dance at Point Breeze Restaurant.
His funeral will be held, Monday, January 6 at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 16 East Main Street, Webster (please meet at the church). Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:00 AM in the church, prior to the Mass. Donations in his name may be made to the Blessed Sacrament Chapel, 17 East Main Street, Webster, MA 01570. Arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster.
