Kathleen Buckley passed away peacefully on December 23, 2019 at the age of 84. God called Kathleen home surrounded by her loving family. Kathleen was born and raised in Brockton and graduated from Brockton High School. She worked at the VA Hospital in Brockton and retired after 20 years of service. She loved playing cards and searching the skies for U.F.O's.
Kathleen was an adoring mother to her three children and grandchildren and the devoted wife of the late Joseph Buckley. She is survived by daughter Darlene Peluso-Quinn of Holbrook, son David Peluso of Dighton, and daughter Laureen Maric of Arizona. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Kathleen battled Alzheimer's courageously for a number of years with constant support from those closest to her. Although she may have forgotten many things, she never forgot her loved ones and always stayed true to herself, including her memorable sense of humor. She leaves a legacy of of love, always instilling how important family is.
A memorial mass will be arranged at a later date.
