On December 15, 2019 Carroll “Joseph” Douglas, more affectionately known as “Mike”, was born on June 26, 1967 to Henry A. Douglas and Agnes M. Pilberton. Little is known about Carroll’s early years, but Carroll became a part of the Chimes family on April 26, 2013. Carroll is survived by his housemates, C.S., T.H. and K.C., who were like Brothers to him, his girlfriend Sandy, and a host of staff and friends who quickly and lovingly became his family as he knew it. Carroll was loving, charismatic, funny, passionate, and protective of those that he cared for. Carroll loved church, proudly worked for years with the ARC of Baltimore, was active in the Boy Scout Troop, and an avid wrestling fan who looked up to his idol John Cena.
