Dubin J. Proctor, Sr. age 35, of Norton, formerly of Braintree and Portland, Maine, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 13, 2019 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. He was the beloved husband of Darlene (Koestner) Proctor and the devoted father of Lilirose Proctor and Dubin J. Proctor, Jr.
