Sandra J. (Widen) Blackmore, 70, passed away December 5, 2019 at Worcester Rehabilitation Center in Worcester.
She leaves her Life Partner of 38 years ,Doris M. Genduso, daughter in law, Lori Blackmore both of Oxford. Two grandchildren, Brandon and Danielle. She was predeceased by her son, Jeraime P. Blackmore who died September 10, 2000.
Sandra was born in Worcester, October 14, 1949, daughter of the late Stanley C. and Jean A. (Balnaves) Widen and lived all her life in Oxford.
She was predeceased by a sister, Janice C. Goodney who died February 13, 2018.
Sandy worked for several years at Parker Manufacturing and at Brook Bros. as a supervisor. She graduated from Oxford High School.
She mostly enjoyed working around her home.
Sandy’s Funeral Service will be Friday, December 13, 2019 at 11 am in the ROBERT J. MILLER-OXFORD FUNERAL HOME, 247 Main St., Oxford, burial will follow in St. John’s Cemetery in Worcester.
A Calling Hour will be from 10-11am prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Humane Society of your choice.
