Ann Louise (Browning) Etchison, 84, Anderson, flew to Heaven with family surrounding her on December 4, 2019.
Ann was born February 25, 1935 in Paris, Kentucky, the daughter of Charles W. and Nellie (Tobin) Browning. She worked production at Guide Lamp for more than 30 years before retiring in 1983. She was a member of the Catholic Church and a member of the United Auto Workers Local 662. She was a volunteer for Contact Help.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Chuck) Davis; her son, Don Etchison and her "adopted daughter", Marianne Etchison all of Anderson; four grandchildren, Amanda (Rocky) Griffith, Damian (Emily) Etchison, Clayton Newton and Devin Etchison; five great-grandchildren, Chloe Griffith, Kayli Griffith, Rocky (Alejandra) Griffith, Jr., Elizabeth Etchison and Levi Etchison; her special best friend and sister, Martha Jean Vaughn; several nieces and nephews.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse, John R. Etchison whom she married April 7, 1954; siblings, Carlton Browning, Maude Schewe, Carrie Franklin, Helen See, Jack Browning, George Browning and three infants; granddaughter, Dawn Rachelle Etchison and fur baby her precious Buddy.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Visitation will be held Friday from 5 p.m. until the service.
