ARUNDEL- Carol Ann Cloutier, age 68, passed away on Nov. 29, 2019 at Maine Medical Center after a brief illness.
She was born in Lewiston on Oct. 26, 1951, a child of the late John and Leona Travers. She graduated from Old Orchard Beach High School in the class of 1970. She was employed as an administrative assistant at Mildred L. Day School for many years and retired several years ago.
Carol enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved her grandchildren and her sibling’s grandchildren like her own. She loved card making/crafting and attending classes with her sister and niece. She enjoyed cooking, especially for others and was well known for her potato salad, desserts and making her creative drinks. Carol will be remembered most for her nurturing and caring ways toward her sisters, nieces, and everyone she knew.
She loved her Red Sox, Patriots, Paper Crafting, Downtown Abbey, oldies music, Disney, the beach, traveling and most importantly, her family.
Carol was predeceased by her beloved mother Leona Travers, her father John Travers and her sister Linda Travers
Carol is survived by her husband Edward (Bubba) Cloutier of Arundel, Son Jason Cloutier and his wife Jessie from Alfred, daughter Carrie-Ann Tassinari from Arundel, son Trevor Cloutier and his wife Amy from Arundel, her beloved grandchildren Maddison, Kayla, Gavin and Shiloh, her brother Thomas Travers of Old Orchard, sisters Donna Travers and her husband Paul McKenney from Millinocket, Kelly Wentworth and her husband Scott from Kennebunk, Gayle Bolduc from Arundel and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 8th from 1-4 at the Biddeford Eagles, 57 Birch Street, Biddeford, ME. Graveside Services will be held in the Spring.
