Diana Frances (Clem) Moore, 75, of Markleville, died November 28, 2019 at Bethany Pointe Health Campus after a brief illness.
Diana was born October 17, 1944 in Anderson, the daughter of Alvan and Frances (Jones) Clem.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Moore; three daughters, Teresa Johns of Knightstown, Patricia Birch of Thorntown and Marsha (Michael) Phillips of Anderson; three grandchildren Kaitlyn Johns, Ryan and Melissa Moore; nephew, Ryan (Kendra) Phillips, great nephew William Phillips and great niece Isabella Phillips
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Kay Lester and Derek Clem; first husband, Wayne Birch and a step-son, Michael Moore.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 2, 2019 at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Loyce Webb officiating.
