Dounia Metivier Charles (44) of Dorchester died October 31st in the Boston Medical Center. She was the loving wife of Jean Claude Charles.
She was born in Artibonite, Haiti daughter of Ange Marie Francois of Florida and Galant Francois of Haiti. Dounia was a member of the Salem 7th Day Adventiste Church in Boston and enjoyed singing and spending time with family.
In addition to her husband and parents she is survived by 2 daughters, Jessika Supreme and Taisha Charles both of Boston, a son Nickerson Ronique Louis of Haiti, 2 sisters, Yuma Mettelus and Elvidia Francois both of Florida.
Funeral Services in the Salem 7th Day Adventiste Church, 222 Woodrow Avenue Dorchester Tuesday November 19th at 9 am. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, Boston. Visitation in the Church from 8 am prior to services.
