Lucille Jeannette Cote, 88, of Derry, NH passed away at Pleasant Valley Nursing Care of Derry, after a period of declining health. She was born April 29, 1931 in Fitchburg, MA and was a daughter of the late Charles and Eva (Dube) Bodah. Lucille was raised and educated in Lawrence, MA. She and her husband George raised their family in Lawrence, MA prior to moving to Deltona, FL, where they lived for 20+ years, before relocating to Derry.
Lucille worked for many years as a customer service representative with ITT Semiconductor Corp. and later worked as a nursing home assistant in Florida. She loved the beach and the fine art of shopping.
She leaves behind a daughter and her husband, Linda M. and Brian Khoury, Sr. of Derry, two sons and their wives, Dennis and Debra Cote of Manchester, NH and Michael and Martha Cote of Fisher, TX. and Daughter-in-law Debra Cote of Derry. She had several grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Lucille was predeceased by her beloved husband, George P. Cote in 2015 and a son, Richard Cote in 2016. The family would also like to thank the hardworking, loving and dedicated staff at Pleasant Valley Nursing Home.
After cremation, calling hours were held on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 6 to 7:30 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry with a prayer service at 7:30pm.
