JoAnn Sue Shinholster, 71, of Rebecca, Georgia, died Friday, November 1, 2019, at her residence.
Memorial services will be held Friday, November 8, 2019 at 4:00 P.M. at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel, Fitzgerald, Ga. Interment will be private.
Mrs. Shinholster was born June 13, 1948, in Bethesda, MD. to the late Floyd Harmon Justice & Valla Sue Clements Justice. She was a 1966 graduate of Fitzgerald High School. She lived in the community all of her life and was a former owner of the Huddle House. Mrs. Shinholster was a member of the Assembly of God.
She is survived by her son Chris Roberson and Blair of Ambrose and a daughter, Donna Brogdon and Jerry of Warner Robins; grandchildren: Brittany Brogdon of Warner Robins, Amity Brogdon of Brewton, Alabama, Kane Roberson, Sam Roberson and Averie Roberson of Ambrose, and Sarah Roberson of Thomaston; brothers: Dusty Justice & Kathy, Kenny Justice, Barry Justice & Tina, Gary Justice & Ann; and a niece, Melanie Hernandez of Rebecca. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Shinholster; two sons: Michael Thompson and Robert Thomas Thompson, Jr. and a sister Lois J. Davis.
