Orfelina V. Delgado, age 83, in Albany, NY, formerly of Boston and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, passed on October 23, 2019. Funeral Services will take place in Restoration City Church 10 East Cottage St. Dorchester. Wake at the church on Friday November 1 from 6-9. Funeral service at the church on Saturday November 2 at 10 am. Interment will then follow at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
