Claire P. Jolin, 84 formerly of Westminster St. Bellingham, Ma died Sunday in St. Antoine Residence in N. Smithfield. She was the wife of the late Elie Jolin. Mrs. Jolin was born in Woonsocket a daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Louise (Paradis) Dorval. She was a waitress for Chan’s Fine Oriental Dining for twenty eight years and Honey Dew Donuts in Bellingham for five years before retiring in 1995.
Mrs. Jolin is survived by two sons Donald Jolin of Uxbridge, MA and Dennis Jolin of Chattanooga, TN, two daughters Sr. Janice Jolin of the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Conception, of Patterson, NJ and Rose Marie Hogan of Chepachet, a sister Rita Lemire of Woonsocket, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 in Holy Family Church, S. Main St. Woonsocket. Burial will be held in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting hours are Thursday 9:00 to 10:30 am. Donations to St Antoine Residence, 10 Rhodes Ave, N. Smithfield, RI in her memory would be appreciated.
