In Boston, October 8, 2019, Kathryn A. Zitta, Age 72, passed away peacefully following a brief period of failing health. Kathryn was the wife of the late Raymond C. Zitta . She was born in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of the late Ludwik & Angela (Laboda) Dziedzic. Kathryn had been a Norton resident since 1976 and was formerly of NY. She attended NY schools and also secretarial school in NY. She enjoyed cheering for the Yankees, sewing, crafts, gardening, camping and above all loved the time spent with family. Kathryn is survived by her beloved children Steven Zitta and wife Beth of Attleboro and Erica Zitta and her loving companion Raymond of Taunton. She also leaves her siblings, Ted Dziedzic of NC and Joseph Dziedzic. Kathryn cherished her time spent with her granddaughter Katelyn Raye Chisholm of Taunton. A funeral home service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Saturday, October 12th at 10:30am. Visitation will be prior to the service from 9:30-10:30am. Burial will be in Common Cemetery in Norton.
