Mr. Harold E. Grant passed on to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for eternity on September 15, 2019 at the age of 92. He was the beloved husband of 20 years of Helena M. (deHamer) Grant of Arlington.
Harold was born in Montreal, Canada and educated at McGill University in math and science. Harold then completed Bible College and served as pastor in churches in Canada, the United States and abroad. In addition to God, he loved people, especially children, and teaching.
Besides his wife Helena, he is survived by his sisters Wilma and Bonnie and brother Steven, as well as by nine children, twenty-four grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren living in Texas, Hawaii and Canada. Locally, he was the beloved “Opa” of two grandchildren and a daughter and son-in-law by his marriage to Helena.
Memorial services will be held on November 10 at 2PM at Reservoir Church 170 Rindge Ave. North Cambridge, MA. 02140, as well as in Maricopa, AZ. and Vancouver, BC. at later dates TBD.
