Mr. Robert S. Cox, a resident of Medford and beloved husband of the late Loretta (Petillo) Cox, passed away at his home on Monday afternoon, September 9, 2019. He was 88 years old.
Born in Westminster, England, he was the beloved son of the late Percival and Evelyn (Stillwell) Cox. Mr. Cox was retired from the Telephone Company where he worked as a Lineman, for many years. In his spare time, he enjoyed watching Jeopardy and was a WWII buff. Above all, he was very devoted to his children and grandchildren. He will be dearly missed.
He is survived by his loving children; Anthony King and his wife Maple Zou of Malden and Julie Moriarty of Everett, grandchildren; Michael, Joseph, Sabrina, Ariana, Emma, Anthony, Michael, Brian and Laura and great grandchildren; Christian, Hailey and Yussuf.
A Memorial Service will be held in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, Medford on Saturday, September 14, 2019, at 3 PM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Interment will be private. For additional information, please visit, www.magliozzifuneralhome.com.
