Obituary

Michael Stewart "Mike" Reisinger, 68, of Anderson, died August 21, 2019 at Indiana University Health Care in Indianapolis, after an extended illness.
He was born September 1, 1950 in Anderson, the son of Jack and Dorothy (Smith) Reisinger.
Mike served in the United States Navy during Vietnam War.
Mike was a journeyman electrician at Delco and Allison Transmission for 34 years before retiring in December of 2006. He was a member of Disabled American Veterans and United Auto Workers Local 662. Mike enjoyed working on cars, yard work, rooting for the Colts and taking care of his place at Kuhn Lake. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family.
Mike is survived by his wife of 41 years, Lisa (Phillips) Reisinger of Anderson, whom he married February 24, 1978 in Anderson; four children, Chrissy (Aaron) Kinnaman of Anderson; Ben (Beth) Reisinger of Anderson; Doug Reisinger (Brandon Beachamp) of New York; Scott (Tia) Reisinger of Fishers; sister, Jackie Taylor of Noblesville; six grandchildren, Zachary Sylvester, Campbell Kinnaman, Wil Reisinger, Elijah Reisinger, Manny Reisinger and Isabella Reisinger; three nieces, Dawn Crouse and Jennifer Hartell both of Noblesville and Devyn Phillips of Anderson.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents and several aunts and uncles.
Services will be 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Kent Stookey officiating. Burial will follow in East Maplewood Cemetery where military rites will be conducted.
Visitation will be Monday, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to Disabled American Veterans.
