Ann M. “Nancy” Bradford, a resident of Medford and beloved mother of Karen L. Sargent, passed away at her home on Sunday, August 18, 2019. She was 63 years old.
Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, on March 9, 1956, she was the beloved daughter of the late William L. and Hazel R. (Brown) Bradford. Ms. Bradford was employed by the Department of Capitol Asset Management for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, gardening, reading mystery novels and watching crime shows, and loom knitting. She had a firecracker personality and distinct Boston accent, and she will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Besides her daughter, Karen, she is survived by her loving brothers; Michael F. Bradford and Paul T. Bradford, both of Medford. She is also survived by her nieces; Katie Bradford Dillehay, Sarah Bradford, Amanda Bradford and Emily Bradford. She was also the sister of the late William J. Bradford.
Her funeral service will be celebrated at Grace Episcopal Church, 160 High Street, Medford on Saturday at 10:30. Visitation will be held in the church, prior to the service from 9:30.
