HUDSON, FL ~ Natalie J. (Pelletier) Berthiaume, 74, of Hudson, Florida and a former longtime resident of the Fairview section of Chicopee, was Called Safely Home on Tuesday, August 6, 2019. She passed into Eternal Life at home surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving husband and family. She was born in Fort Kent, Maine on June 1, 1945, a beloved daughter of the late Lawrence H. and Adeline (Ouellette) Pelletier. She and her family moved to Fairview in 1970 and they later moved to Hudson in 2003 where she lived the remainder of her life. She was employed as the Vice President and Secretary of the R.A.B. Construction Company in Chicopee for over 30 years. She was a communicant of Saint Anne Church in Fairview for over 32 years until moving to Hudson and a member of the Granby American Legion Post 266 Auxiliary. Natalie welcomed everyone to her beautiful home where she always was a fabulous hostess. Above all, she loved spending time with her family and her many friends. She leaves her beloved husband and soul mate of over 57 years, Ronald A. Berthiaume; her four loving children, Cheri Burrow, Ronnie Claire Wolf and her husband, Mark, Monique Berthiaume and Shawn Berthiaume, all of Hudson; her 12 cherished grandchildren and 12 cherished great-grandchildren; her six dear sisters, Doris LaBroad and her husband, Richard, of Margate, FL, Jeannette LePage and her husband, Robert, of Granby, Yvette Vail of Hudson, Nannette Baker and her husband, John, of Chicopee and Debbie Leveque and Helen Leveque, both of Connecticut; her three dear brothers, Claude Pelletier and his wife, Jeanne, of Lafayette, TN, Terry Pelletier and his wife, Donna, of Eastover, SC and Gary Pelletier and his wife, Cindy, of Colrain; her two dear sisters-in-law, Eileen Jones of Chicopee and Darlene McClain of Westfield; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and extended members of the Berthiaume and Pelletier families. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by her dear brother, Robert Pelletier. Her Funeral will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2019 beginning at the St. Pierre – Phaneuf Fairview Chapels, (413-533-3307), 506 Britton Street, Chicopee, MA 01020, (funeral home will open at 8 a.m.), followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Saint Anne Church, 30 College Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her Burial will follow the Mass at Sainte Rose Cemetery, 49 Olsen Street, Chicopee, MA 01020. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 31, 2019 from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. prior to her Mass. The funeral home parking lot is located in the rear.
