MILLBURY-Edith F. (Lundgren) Nettelbladt, 86, formerly of MacArthur Dr. died Sun., Jan. 15 at Millbury Healthcare.
Her husband Gustaf T. Nettelbladt died in 1979. She leaves her son, Jack Nettelbladt of Los Angeles, CA; two daughters, Nancy A. and her husband Gregory Jordan of S. Grafton and Susan M. and her husband Alfred Ricard, Jr. of Millbury; seven grandchildren, Maureen Broyles, Shari Huban, Jessica Jordan, Kevin Hanson, Andrew Hanson, Christopher Jordan, Gregg Jordan and 6 great grandchildren. Two sisters, Estrid Ross and Ruth Couture and a nephew, Walter Couture predeceased her.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Carl and Edla Maria (Wahlberg) Lundgren and graduated from Commerce High School and Becker College. Edith was secretary to the Vice President of Consumer Savings Bank for 20 years before retiring. She was a member of the Millbury Council of Aging and the Millbury Federated Church.
The funeral will be Wednesday, Jan. 18 at 10:00 AM at Millbury Federated Church, 20 Main St. Burial will be in All Faiths Cemetery, Worcester. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, Jan. 17 from 4:00 until 7:00 PM at LINDQUIST LUNDIN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Butler St., Worcester. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701 or to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
