Deborah A. Driscoll, 55, of Derry, NH, died Saturday August 3, 2019, in her home. She was born in Somerville, MA on January 22, 1964, a daughter of James MacGilvray and Utta Herrmann. Deborah was a big fan of Mammamia! and listening to ABBA. She would spend her spare time in her garden and even started taking cooking classes to gain more skills in the kitchen. Deborah spent her working career in the nursing field caring for others, but the ones that she loved above all else were her grandchildren.
She is survived by three sons, Benjamin Albert of Atkinson, NH, Nicholas Nicastro and wife Christina of Wakefield, NH and Christopher Albert and wife Laura of Chester, NH; daughter, Andrea Collins of Newburyport MA; three brothers, Christopher MacGilvray of Gloucester, MA, James MacGilvray of West Newbury, MA, and David MacGilvray of Peabody, MA; sister, Lisa Perez of Danvers, MA; grandchildren, Kaleb Albert, Vincenzo Nicastro, Giacomo Nicastro and Ender Albert and her beloved dog, Jimmy. Deborah is predeceased by her daughter Katherine Hunt and two sisters, Paula Moyers and Tracy MacGilvray.
Calling hours were held on Wednesday, August 14th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry.
