In Taunton, July 26, 2019, Lori A. Hamilton, passed away unexpectedly in Morton Hospital at the age of 51. Lori was the wife of the late Brian Hamilton. Lori was born in Middleboro, the daughter of Chester & Norma (Maclellan) Pittsley and the adopted daughter of John & Sandra Ferreira of Duxbury) Lori attended Duxbury schools. She had resided in Taunton since 2012 and was formerly of Freetown and Middleboro. Lori enjoyed playing WOW and Pokémon with her friend Sara, going to the beach and spending time with her family. Lori is survived by her beloved children; Brian Hamilton of TN, Samantha Cravero of Taunton, Jan-Marie Hamilton of Attleboro, Norma Gillespie of Taunton and Joseph Hamilton of Taunton. She also leaves her sister Murial Ellis of Carver and her eleven loving grandchildren; Aiden, Jaeden, Nathan, Mikey, Lillian, Shyleigh, Anakin, Jayce, Bella, Harleigh, Rylie and all the others she thought of as family. A funeral home service will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Friday, August 2nd at 11am. Relatives and friends are also invited to visiting hours prior to the service from 9:30-11am. Burial will be at the Bourne National Cemetery in Bourne, MA at 1:45pm.
