Roland A. Leclerc, 66, of Berlin, NH passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019, due to injuries sustained during a motorcycle accident in New Hampton, NH. The son of the late Adrien and Claire (Cadorette) Leclerc, he was born in Berlin, NH on May 16, 1953. Roland was a graduate of Berlin High School class of 1971 and was a longtime resident of Berlin. He married his wife, Diane, on July 1st, 1978, and they shared 41 amazing years together. Prior to his retirement, Roland was employed by the local paper mill for over 40 years and retired in 2015. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed ice fishing, motorcycle riding, and camping. Most of all, he cherished spending time with his family and friends. He always made time to help others, had an uncanny ability to make people laugh, and was able to make friends wherever he went. The memories and adventures he has shared with so many people will always be treasured, and his loving spirit will never be forgotten.
Members of the family include his wife Diane (Turgeon) Leclerc of Berlin; their daughter Stacie Leclerc and her husband Jon Marshall of Intervale, NH; their son Derek Leclerc and his wife Kirsten of Haverhill, MA; three grandsons Sawyer, Silas and Stellan and a granddaughter expected this fall; his sister Louise Senecal and her husband Ron of Manchester, NH.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 1:00 PM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish, Berlin, NH. Interment will follow in St. Kieran Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryant Funeral Home, 180 Hillside Avenue, Berlin, NH on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
