Judy Anne Dwyer, 60, of Brockton Massachusetts passed away peacefully in her home on July 13th 2019 surrounded by her family.
Judy was born and raised in Quincy to the late Mary T. (Sheehan) and Gordon B. Guest. She is survived by her three children Josh Dwyer, MaryEllen Dwyer, Lindsey Burke and her husband Justin. As well as Nikki Lacourse, mother of two of three of Judy’s beloved grandchildren, Liana, Ariana, and Logan.
Also survived by her siblings, brothers, Martin Guest, Matthew Guest and his wife Tammy, and Michael Guest and his wife Barbra, sisters, Mary J. Olivere and her husband Daniel, and pre-deceased by Eileen Guest and many nieces and nephews. Judy was the loving wife of the late Robert Dwyer of 33 years.
Her greatest joy in life was being a Grandma and the kids adored her. There was not much Judy couldn’t do, from creating a simple yet elegant floral arrangement, to building a piece of furniture from scratch. She loved being a homemaker for her children and then again for her grandchildren. A summer day at the beach with her family is where Judy loved spending her time. She also very much enjoyed a night out with “The Girls”.
Judy was a compassionate and loving person. She would be the last to ask for help but the first to give it. She loved to torture her kids with inappropriate jokes about their father. Her sense of humor and love of life are just some of the many reasons she will be so truly missed.
We are having a celebration of life on Tuesday July 16, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00PM, in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (Rte. 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman.
