William R. Carter, 35, of Londonderry, NH, died Wednesday July 10, 2019in his home. He was born in Manchester, NH on March 29, 1984, a son of Deborah (Carter) Layne, and had been a resident of Londonderry for most of his life. He was educated in the Derry and Londonderry school systems. William was a US Army veteran. He had been employed as an auto technician for Meineke. He loved the outdoors, camping, and hiking.
He is survived by his mother, Deborah Layne and her husband Barry of Londonderry; Keith Lord of Plaistow; two brothers, Patrick Lord and his wife Katie of Candia, NH, and Brandon Bouchard of Londonderry; his grandparents, William and Elaine Carter of Sandown, NH; his godmother, Michele Dupere of Derry; his godfather, Ronald Gale of Florida; his nephew, Benjamin Lord of Candia; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Following cremation, calling hours were held on Sunday, July 21st from 12pm – 2pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mission 22, 1800 Blankenship Rd. Suite 128, West Linn, OR 97068 "United in the War Against Veteran Suicide".
