Dianna Frances Pacheco of Somerville died on Tuesday, July 9, at Boston Medical Center. A lifelong Somerville resident, she was the daughter of Maria (Camelo) Tavares and Fernando Tavares. A very caring person, even during her lengthy illness Dianna always said she loved all of you.
Dianna was the devoted mother of Bryanna Maria Walsh and her husband Dillon Patrick Walsh of Ft. Drum, NY, and the loving grandmother of Moira and Quinn Walsh. She was the dear sister of Marianne Tavares Najjar and her husband Fadi of Medford, and Ricky Tavares of Somerville. Dianna was the cherished aunt of David Tavares Creador, Antonio Tavares, Maysa Najjar, Gianna Tavares and Ayah Najjar, and is also survived by many loving Cordeiro and Camelo cousins. She was predeceased many years ago by her husband James Harrington of Cambridge.
All of Dianna's relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with family from 1 PM through 4 PM. A prayer service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Saturday, July 13 at 4 PM. Interment will be private.
