Rhonda Louise (Mitchell) Rocker, 69 years old, of 21 Settler’s Way, Manchester NH, passed away in her home on Wednesday, June 26th, 2019 at 12:23 pm after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Rhonda was born on March 21st, 1950 in Marblehead MA, to Charles and Audrey Russell Mitchell, both deceased. She graduated from Marblehead High School in 1968 and attended North Shore Community College, Beverly, MA.
Rhonda is survived by her husband Bruce Rocker, her children Julie, Debra, Ronald, Lynn, Jeff and Audrey, her 17 grandchildren, her 7 great grandchildren and her 6 siblings Charles Mitchell Jr, Randy Mitchell, Robert Mitchell, Steven Mitchell, Linda Mitchell Bourgeois and Jeffrey Mitchell.
Rhonda met her husband and the love of her life, Bruce Rocker, on a blind date. They spent an amazing 30 years together as best friends who enjoyed traveling to the beach, laughing together, and watching their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren grow.
A wonderful woman. A best friend. A caring mother.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Rhonda’s honor to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
Per Rhonda’s wishes, there will be no services.
