Kelly A. Muldoon, 50, of New Bedford passed away on Thursday June 20, 2019 after a long battle with cancer.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of Thomas P. Muldoon, Jr. and the late Mary B. (Pendergast) Muldoon, she lived twenty years in Ohio and two years in Georgia, before returning to New Bedford.
She was a graduate of Woodsfield High School in Woodsfield, Ohio. She received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
Kelly taught English at New Bedford High School for 19 years. She loved her students and associates.
Kelly and her friend Jamie enjoyed traveling together on many vacations.

She is survived by her father Tom; her sister, Bridget of Marysville, Ohio; her brother, Patrick of Fayettesville, Arkansas; her aunt, Frances Muldoon of New Bedford; her nieces, Katie and Megan; her nephew, Patrick; her grandniece, Keagan; her loyal friends, Jamie and Dora who were frequent visitors with Kelly; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
