WESTPORT — Jacqueline "Jackie" V. Manganelli of Westport passed June 18, 2019 after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Norman L. Manganelli and daughter of Joaquim and Laura Viegas.
Jackie, born in New Bedford, grew up in Dartmouth and graduated from Dartmouth High School. They lived in Conyers, GA and Mesquite, TX before retiring to Cottonwood, Arizona.
Jackie was an active member of the Pine Shadows community in Cottonwood and her local sorority. Jackie relocated back to Massachusetts in 2019 due to her declining health.
Jackie is survived by her daughter, Susan Green and her husband Harry of Westport; sons, Jeffrey Manganelli and Robert Manganelli of Georgia and Richard Manganelli of Texas. Jackie is also survived by her brother, John Viegas and his wife Celeste of Cupertino, CA; sister, Bernadine Bouckhout and her husband Richard of Scottsdale, AZ; and sister-in-law, Grace Viegas of Guam. Jackie has 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her brother, George Viegas of Guam.
