WEST CHESTER,PA / Cornish- Wesley John Candage III, 44, of West Chester, PA passed on June 13, 2019 due to
complications with cardiovascular disease.
Wesley was born May 4, 1975 in Portland, Maine, the son of Wesley Candage Jr. and Melinda
Sargent. He attended Massabesic High school where he graduated honor essayist. Wesley
then went on to Saint Joseph's College in Standish, Maine, then moved on to Massachusetts
College of Pharmacy. From there he went on to get his BSN at Thomas Jefferson University.
Wesley worked at Bryn Mawr Rehab as well as Bayada pediatrics throughout his nursing career.
He enjoyed spending time with his wonderful friends and family, especially his beloved dog, Bulistic.
If you were lucky enough to spend time with him you would have seen his amazing dancing skills
and his love of Mariah Carey. Wesley surrounded himself with people of his nature, loving, caring,
honest and passionate. People gravitated towards his energetic sense of humor and his kind eyes
which offered warm and comforting calmness. Wesley took pride in being organized, everything had its
place.
Wesley was predeceased by his mother Melinda Sargent.
Surviving are his father, Wesley Candage Jr., his big brother Dominic Sargent, his sister, Crystal
Sargent, niece, Brooke Sargent and baby brother Donald Candage.
Services will be held at Poitras, Neal and York, 71 Maple St. Cornish, Maine at
5 pm Sunday June 23, 2019
