BIBBEY, Carter S. of Winthrop, passed away at the Kaplan Hospice House in Danvers on June 14, 2019. He was 75 years old. Born in Chelsea, he was the son of the late George and Agnes (Butler) Bibbey. Dear brother of the late Bonnie, Bruce and Kenney Bibbey.
Prior to his retirement, Carter was employed by American Airlines as a customer service representative. Following his employment at American Airlines, Carter was head of Security for Logan Airport and was also worked in the security office at the Suffolk Downs Racetrack. He was also a member of the Cottage Park Yacht Club.
Funeral from the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP on Thursday June 20, at 9am. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church-Winthrop at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment following the Mass will be private. Visiting hours will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday from 4-7pm.
