LOWELL – Richard G. Castor, age 79, an accountant, formerly of Somerville, died Saturday, June 15, peacefully at his home.
Richard was born in Somerville, a son of the late Phillip and Ann (Guglietta) Castor, and had lived in Somerville before moving to Lowell.
He leaves three daughters, Cheryl A. Malcomson and her husband Alexander of Burlington, Patricia E. Coward, who is the wife of the late George Coward, of Tewksbury, and Susan R. Sharaffa and her husband Steven of Lowell; his beloved sister-in-law, friend and caretaker, Paula Castor of Wilmington, whom the family of Richard is thankful for her help and kindness during Richard’s life; a sister, Roberta Eastman of Londonderry, NH; a brother, Russell Castor of Hampton, NH; five grandchildren, Nicole, Alex, Anthony, Jacob, and Joshua; one great grandson, Jacoby; many nieces and nephews; and was predeceased by two brothers, the late Ronald Castor formerly of Wilmington and Robert Castor formerly of Somerville.
A Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 22, at 9:30 a.m. in St. William’s Church, 1351 Main St. (Rte. 38) Tewksbury. Kindly omit flowers.
