Robert Joseph ‘Big Bob’ Doucette, 66, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2019 in his home with his family by his side.
He leaves a son, Robert J. Doucette, II and his wife Danielle of Sutton, a daughter, Breanna Curran of Millbury, a sister, Elaine Betty and her husband Francoise of Webster, 2 grandchildren, Kelsey and Mikey and several nieces and nephews and his fiancé, Alberta Burns.
Bob was born in Worcester on January 3, 1953, son of the late Leo F. and Ida M. (Loisselle) Doucette and lived in Webster most of his life.
He was predeceased by a son, Joseph F. Doucette who died September 9, 2005.
Bob graduated from Bartlett Vocational High School and was a mechanic most of his life, recently working with his nephew Jean Paul.
He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, enjoyed fishing, boating music, the outdoors and a nice cold beer.
Bob especially loved spending time with family and friends.
As per his wishes, there are no calling hours and a graveside service will be private in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Webster.
