Clementina B. (da Silva) Dutra, 84, of New Bedford passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Manuel S. Dutra.
Born in Faial, Azores, the daughter of the late Manuel and Conceica da Silva, she lived in New Bedford since 1969.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and a former communicant of St. John the Baptist Church.
Mrs. Dutra was the proprietor of Horta's Restaurant in New Bedford.
Survivors include five children, Elmano M. "Al" Dutra and his wife Lee and Alda daSilva and her husband Victor, all of Dartmouth, Fernanda Dutra and Ofelia Dudley, both of New Bedford, and Manuel F. Dutra and his wife Teresa of Florida; her siblings, Antonio da Silva, Ana do Soto, and Amelia Pinto; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, Monday, June 17, 2019 at 8 AM, followed by her Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church at 9 AM.
