AUBURN, NY - Dorothy M. (Schriber) Norian, 82, of Auburn, NY, formerly of Hanover, died Friday, Jan. 6, 2005, at Auburn Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Frederic E. Norian.
Born July 12, 1923, in Boston, she was the daughter of the late James and Ida (Gas) Schriber.
Mrs. Norian had been a Hanover resident for 25 years, living the past 10 years in New York.
She was a homemaker and an antique dealer.
Mrs. Norian is survived by her children, Fredric G. of Bridgewater, James J. of Rockland, Daniel E. of Avon, Pauline Dyer and Irene E. Paylor, both of Bradenton, Fla., and Lylian A. Dimicele of Auburn, NY; a sister, Marilyn Mountain of Arlington; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the Prophett Funeral Home, 98 Bedford St. (Rte. 18), Bridgewater, Thursday at 8:15 am., followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Thomas Aquinas Church at 9 am. Visiting hours Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
