Betty Campbell Brock, 79, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Saturday, June 1, 2019, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Brock was born January 8, 1940, in Bunnell, Florida, to the late John R. & Dorothy Shoemaker Campbell. She was a homemaker and loved her family dearly. She enjoyed listening to gospel music and playing BINGO. Mrs. Brock was a member of the Fitzgerald Church of God.
She is survived by her children and their spouses: Karen Marie McKey of Albany, Julia Alice Cummings of Fitzgerald, Rita Sue Hayes & Gary of Thomasville, and R.B. Brock of Fitzgerald; grandchildren: Rob & Jessica Cummings, John & Casey Cummings, Jennifer & Curt Kinnett, Kymberly Brock, Christopher McGarrah, Charles & Jessica McKey, Sandra & Chris Surface, Kyle Harris, Tonya Rodgers, Mickey Tramel, and Tim Brock; and 35 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Brock; two step-daughters: Patricia Ann Tramel and Connie Marie Brock; and a granddaughter, Melissa Fogarty.
