Richard Wilson "Dick Wilson", 84, of Middletown, Indiana, died early and unexpectedly, Wednesday morning at the Community Heart Hospital in Indianapolis.
Originally from Delhi, Iowa, Dick moved to Indiana for work with Delco Remy with wife, Charlene (Freeman) Wilson after his service in the Navy and college education from the University of Iowa.
Dick retired from EDS in 1996.
An active member of East Side Church of God Anderson, Wilson loved and cherished his faith in the Lord Jesus, as well as time spent with his family.
He is survived by wife of 60 years, Charlene; their children, David (Carole) and Sara (Blair); sister, Joyce Seivert; five grandchildren and one great grandson.
Services will be 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at East Side Church of God with Dr. Kerry Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Miller Cemetery in Middletown.
Visitation will be Saturday from noon until the service at the church.
