CHICOPEE ~ Theresa was born, raised and lived her entire life in the Aldenville section of Chicopee. There she raised a family with her late husband, Raymond C. Robillard of 58 years. Together they spent time camping, playing cards, volunteering at Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen and attending Mass at Sainte Rose de Lima Church in Chicopee. She loved celebrating each and every birthday in the family and her goal was to make sure her family had a birthday every month of the year to celebrate. She was not just a memere to her family but was “Memere” to everyone she met. Her caring and understanding nature touched many in her life. She accepted each person for who they were and made them feel like family. She loved to travel and was the life of the party at family celebrations. Her social calendar for the week was always packed and she always had the updates about other family members. She leaves her children and their spouses, Paul (Patricia) Robillard, Michael (Roxann) Robillard and Sue (Mark) Vickers; her nine grandchildren, Kymberly, Michael, Pamela, Kathie, Danielle, Kevin, Kyle, Ashley and Amanda; her 14 (and counting) great grandchildren; her brother and his companion, Napoleon (Chris) Rougeau; her brother-in-law and his wife, Tom (Terry) Dubois; her sister-in-law, Ann Robillard; and many extended family members and friends. She was predeceased by her sister, Jean Dubois; her sister-in-law, Rita Rougeau; and her brother-in-law, Maurice Rougeau.
